 A Memory Podcast is a professionally produced recording of your stories and memories. It’s like a personal podcast, designed to preserve voice, personality, and legacy for future generations. 

 For audio-only recordings, you'll need:

• A computer or laptop (PC or Mac).
• A fast and stable internet connection. (Plugged into the router if possible)
• Earphones or a headset with a built-in microphone. (We recommend avoiding Bluetooth headphones, as they can cause delays.)

If recording video, it requires using your computer’s webcam or an external web-camera if available. 

Standard recording sessions last 2 hours, depending on the package you choose and the stories you’d like to share. 

 Riverside.fm is a professional-grade recording platform that ensures high-quality audio and video.

It records directly on your computer, meaning even if your internet connection drops during the session, your audio and video won’t be affected.

You can also log into Riverside and try your setup on a free account to test your recording setup before our sessions.

If necessary, yes. We'll schedule a 15 minute "sound check" a week before your recording session.

But if you have experience with other video conferencing, like "Zoom", you may opt out of the test call. 

No downloads are necessary. We’ll send you a link to join the recording session in your web browser (we recommend Chrome).

• Sit in a quiet, well-lit room. Close windows, turn off fans, and avoid noisy spaces.
• Wear earphones or headphones. This helps prevent audio feedback.
